Shopping for furniture has been a nightmare. Pushy sales people, unknowledgable staff and shocking prices are some of what I've encountered.

That wasn't the case at Cloud 9 Mattress Superstore.

I was greeted by a gentleman named Chris, who is an owner of the store. He made me feel comfortable and understood the financial situation my girlfriend and I are in as young professionals.

He led us to an economical option that was extremely comfortable, fairly priced and came with a 10-year warranty. On top of that, he worked with us on the prices and payments, which provided security and peace of mind when it comes to unforseen moving expenses.

We had the pleasure of working with the other owner Erik. We found him a pleasure to work with, honest and trustworthy.

Excellent bed, great price, and an enjoyable buying experience. Eric did a great job of helping us find the right mattress for my wife’s back pain. We tried several different models and settled on the Helix Elite split king. I got the Midnight, and my wife got the Twilight with the adjustable bases. Best bed we have ever slept on. The adjustable bases are much nicer than I expected. It is great to be able to change the bed position individually and the massage function is very relaxing after a long day of work. A huge upgrade from a fixed base. Eric gave us a very good price, helped us arrange one year of no interest financing, and even helped load the truck after they arrived. We were in the market for a new mattress. After seeing the reviews we decided to give Cloud 9 a look. We are so glad we did. Simply the best mattress purchasing experience we have had in our 39 years of marriage. Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions, helped us narrow down and select the one that best fit what we were looking for. Everything about the shopping and delivery experience was top notch.
