Subway — Restaurant in Minnesota

I used to visit this location daily when I attended college next door, back then the service and food was always great. Now, not so much. I have been there a couple time since graduating and everything was just mediocre. Went there today and can't even say it was mediocre. The two young guys working were very obviously less than thrilled to be there. No customer service skills what-so-ever. No hello, no what can I get for you, not even a facial expression. Walked up and the guy just stared at me until I spoke. I ordered first but he made my husband's sub first. Ok no big deal. But what irritated me was when I asked him to tear my bacon in pieces to make it easier to pick up with a fork in my protein bowl, he microwaved it separate from the chicken, which was toasted. Whatever, the problem here was the other guy forgot the bacon in the microwave. This I didn't notice until we were already gone and I opened the bowl. Why? Because I was too busy watching this guy put big dirty oven mits on to take the chicken out of the toaster, which he then took off and continued to touch all of our food with the same plastic gloves that were just in dirty oven mits. Gross! To top it off, the protein bowls are usually so full they can barely get the lid on and I can never eat the whole thing. This guy flung...yes I mean literally flung...so very little veggies in that the bowl was barely half full. Then he puts the lid on with half the food hanging over the side. After my husband paid and we took our food this other guy just stands there and stares at us once again like he was thinking hurry up and leave. Still no words. No thank you, nothing. Worst service ever and food was not great either. Either these two guys need to seriously be retrained or go...

Ordered Grubhub from this location. All I wanted was 6 inch steak and cheese. Got a footlong ham. I have been dreaming of a steak amd cheese for over a week. My husband got the coldest chicken sub. Heat wasn't even heated. My son actually got what he ordered plain steak and cheese with nothing on it. For almost $15 a foot long sub there should be more meat on this pitiful ham sub i was given. Whoever this sub was intended for should be thankful for not receiving this. There is literally 2 slices of ham. I have the worst cold and didn't want to cook so I thought hey subway hot sub. This Subway used to be in my regular weekly lunch rotation. Service started to suffer. Then they eliminated BBQ sauce. And I was told 9 months ago that Subway corp eliminated flatbread. So I hadn't gone back since! A promotion enticed me back today, only to find out at checkout that they don't participate in corp promotions! Yet they had a boxful of coupons in full view by the register! Yikes! Will definately never...
