To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my frustration with the customer service I received from one of your representatives today. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. At one point, she told me to “shut up, we’ve been in business for 30 years,” before abruptly ending the call.
All I asked for was a simple courtesy — a text message or phone call to let me know when the repair person would be on the way. Many companies, such as Best Buy and Sears, already provide this service, which makes scheduling and preparation much easier for customers. Instead, I was given only a very broad 12–5 p.m. time frame, and treated disrespectfully when I asked for clarification.
As a result of this experience, I canceled and went with Sears instead, who will notify me within hours of when their service technician will arrive. I strongly believe that an employee with such a poor attitude is costing your company significant business. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, not hostility.

Read moreAfter looking at a couple of the big box stores while shopping for a new range, we decided to stop into Quality Appliance. Upon entering their store we were greeted by Mike, he spent close to an hour helping us to decide which range would be a good fit for us. He was very knowledgeable with all the different brands and features. After purchasing a range that evening and picking it up the following week, we noticed a mfg. defect after we had installed it. We contacted Mike to see if he could help us come up with a resolution, he gladly assisted us and we came up with a resolution that made for a positive outcome!
