What a WONDERFUL company to do business with!!! I love supporting small local businesses and Rock Solid did not disappoint one bit. Walking into the showroom my family and I were met with two of the kindest down to earth people (Amy & Tabitha) we could ask for. Immediately made us feel comfortable and like family. Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable of product/products. The service I surely did not disappoint. They gave me a date for a template and a date for install and hit every timeline without a hitch. Every time I had a question it was answered promptly, honestly and with knowledge and compassion. The crew at my house were kind, professional and showed care for the job and my home. The crew worked hard, they worked fast and got the job done promptly and with perfection. This is actually super important to me and my family because we have a two-year-old and a small dog to worry about so any debris on the floor left behind could certainly be alarming. Rock Solid recently completed our kitchen countertop installation and everything went great. It was a pleasure working with them. From the moment my wife and I reached out, Amy was incredible. Showing us our options in countertop material (full slabs - not 4" samples) and working with us on a tight schedule. Rock Solid was professional throughout the entire process. From guiding us through the selection of materials to providing detailed information about each option and what to expect during the installation. The installation process was seamless and executed with precision.

David and Amy did our original builder spec granite when we moved in. We've since decided to remodel our home with Quartz and they've done a bathroom, and our kitchen so far. A few years ago, they also did an outside kitchen for us in Granite. They are VERY easy to deal with, are prompt with appointments like templating, clean during installation and even stock some very popular slabs which came in very handy for us. They return calls, do as they say and produce fantastic results. We've never compared pricing to others but we think what they provide is very reasonable and can't see them being higher than any other quality counter top manufacturer. We never felt compelled to check on them with other companies. I would recommend Rock Solid for any of your solid surface needs...
