Purchased 52 deck boards. Twenty-six of them were supposed to be 12 ft standard. That's what they charged me for initially. Gave the slip to the forklift driver and he brought me 26 premium on accident and didn't notice until the last one was loaded up. Then he proceeded to tell me that their inventory must have been wrong and they don't actually have standard. I had already been there for an hr at this point, and if they had noticed before all of them were loaded, I would have just gone to Lowe's. Instead, they had me wait another 20 minutes inside before telling me I had to pay an extra 160 for boards I didn't want. At this point, I had already spent too much time and had a crew waiting on site. So I feel like I was myembezzled a little bit. For $160. The forklift driver even said at one point I should charge my client for the extra cost. I responded with "that would be bad business" im not going to make my client pay for their mistake, nor should they make me. I've had great experiences here before, but cannot change my opinion until someone makes this right. Bad business...

They absolutely refuse to answer phone calls and the older guy that sits at the front sales desk is one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly people I’ve ever seen in sales.
