Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Wake Forest

This is for the Youngsville Tractor Supply.

I called early (8:30) this morning about a Trailer on sale for $549; normally $749. The lady said yes they had 2 in stock and to be there before 2:00 PM so I could have her fill out DMV paperwork and notarize Bill of Sale. Otherwise, I'd have to pick up some other day. I got there at 9:15. The manager said there were none in stock. I explained the earlier phone call and he double checked, said YES, there was one left but he had to assemble the tongue. Would take about 20 minutes. I said great.

When finished, he checked paperwork and said "Sorry, this paperwork shows it sold last night also." He checked Tractor Supply in Knightdale and they said they had 9 in stock the man could visually see.

I had spent over an hour getting the run-around in Youngsville.

I drove the 30 minutes and was out of the Knightdale store in 15 minutes. GREAT SERVICE KNIGHTDALE. TERRIBLE SERVICE YOUNGSVILLE.

I will ALWAYS take my business to Knightdale...

Inventory is consistently out of stock for weeks at a time. The nut and bolt aisle is always very disorganized as well, which is dissapointing because the hardware selection is what I prefer to go to tractor supply the most for. And the main reason I'm even bothering to leave a review is that on my last visit both cashier lanes were open. I went up to one and she said to wait in the other lane as hers was closed. Then right when I walk into the other lane to wait behind another customer the lane I was told was closed goes ahead to accept other customers, I guess they were more important than me. Guess I'll be driving past this store to go to other ones in the future

Edit: 2 years later and customer service is still terrible here. Was waiting in line to check out when manager told cashier to go do something else. Cashier protested that they had another customer and manager didnt seem to care. Set down my items and walked out. Bumping down to 1 star. Absolutely insane how...

This used to be a nice tractor supply. Now they have great products but very big issues on how it is ran. EVERY time we go here and my husband goes to the bathroom there is never any soap in the men’s room and the men’s room is trashed! Now tell me, how can every employee wash their hands after going to the restroom if there is no soap to do so? That is very unsanitary and down right gross! The cashier that checked us out barely acknowledged that we were there and in the middle of our transaction the phone rang as which she answered “yeh?” Not even a hello so I’m hoping it wasn’t a customer calling because that is a very rude way to answer a business phone. Then after she rang us up she didn’t even offer me or even try to give me a bag for my purchases and I had like four things! So really they need another manager to come in there and clean that store back up and at least get some soap in the restroom and get some...
