I just want to share what an amazing staff (Glenn & Kevin) the Ace - Signal Mountain store has working. AmeriGas stranded us by failing to deliver our propane as promised, we were out Thursday night. To go along with it we have nine 7-week-old English Lab puppies, that we we're are trying to keep warm. I was able to pick-up three electric heaters so at least the garage is warm enough for the puppies. Glenn suggested I take a photo of my propane tank and maybe we could come up with a way to tap into our house tank to provide some help. In short Kevin helped me develop a plan which appears to work. Also, let's point out the store was open both Friday 1/10 and 1/11. Again, thanks for the great service and helping me out on Friday & Saturday. Well We Went from Lake People to Mountain Folk a little over a month ago with the sell of the Lake home to the purchase of the Mountain home. Been quite a number of years (25) since I've lived on two different mountains( Lookout and Sand). When you live on the mountain you don't have to run up and down daily. See I live in East Ridge and i go up and later down and everything is ok till the dreaded I-24 on the way home. These folks at this Ace Location Are Friendly and Helpful and will undoubtedly get used to seeing me.. Still love my East Ridge Location the Best.. There's No Place...
Read moreThis is a great neighborhood ace location, and most of the staff really know what they are talking about! In the spring - fall they have some great flowers at great prices! This location has a pretty nice selection of any hardware etc. for being a smaller place. I know someone that works there and they said that management treated them well too! My only reason for deducting a star would be for the barely more expensive prices, but this is pretty typical with it being the only ace for miles. Overall worth...
