My first time visiting this store and I HATE IT. I thought it would be a nice and friendly atmosphere store but it ended being a horrible experience. It all started with me asking a lady if she worked there, which in my head it made sense because she was wearing the blue Iconic apron. She replied with a straight no and walked away. Minutes later I see the same lady heading towards the Lunardis restriction zone( for staffs only) while talking to other employees. Then, as I'm about to check out I go to the express line, have in mind I had my child with me and I wanted to get out there fast as possible as i only had couple of items with me. She Cashier named NICOLE S. ( I am not afraid to name her) nhigh hat and naggingly said, "you can't purchase those things here, this is an express line" making me feel not welcomed in that moment. I replied, "I can't buy these here?" Keep in mind that i had no more than 13 items with me. My cart was almost empty. So she went ahead she started to talk under her breath, cussing and mumbling which I didn't bother to care. If I wouldn't had been by myself then I'd probably be would had left the items there without having to purchase anything but I had too, my daughter wanted some crackers and I wasn't going to let her down. Overall, I will never come here to shop again. This place has very bad vibes and the people there don't seem to help out if you are a first time buyer. Today I was shopping with my 16 months old that’s all over the place and not feeling well. It’s my husband and i are having our 10th anniversary today so u wanted to make a dinner and surprise my I go to the meat place in the back of the store get a few things and the guy tells me about the crab legs I look at them then decide to go with the lobster tail I kept shopping and there was a lady that worked at the register I ask her where the bathroom was and she even fallowed me around the store for a bit but I didn’t think much of it I ask her where the Bathroom is and I go in to change my kid that has a rash they don’t have a changing table so I leave to hurry home and pay for the things when I get out the bathroom the lady is there I’m like oh ok anyways I go up to the front once again she’s there she checks us out and then as soon as my recit comes out she runs to her manager and hand him my recit still not thinking much of it I walk to my car as I’m putting my child the manager walks up to me and askes me about the crab legs and everything clicked in place the butcher never told them I didn’t want the crab legs they thought I was stealing stuff I’m mortified and so embarrassed I even called to make sure manager asked the butchers so they know I didn’t steal nothing. I wondering why they singled me out? Maybe because I had a black child with me? My son is mixed never going there ever again if it’s the last store. I work very hard and...

My rating of the store has dropped from 5 star to 1 star only due to the Manager JEFF HOGAN! I should have file an OSHA compliant against the store since the fish counter was cleaning with bleach mid afternoon which sent me into full asthmatic distress. I could NOT breathe and when I asked to be reimbursed for my medical & RX bills he said NO! The staff turnover there has been extremely high as of late and I know many of the older staff and they have flat out stated it is the store management is why they are leaving. The new younger staff, especially at the fish and meat departments, are very unwilling to give you the exact amount of fish, bacon or meat you ask for. They lack training, guidance or good management...this falls on JEFF HOGAN. I have stopped shopping here because of HIM.

Fabulous meat, fish and poultry department. The produce is top notch and extremely fresh. The in store bakery takes custom orders and evens has a Peet's Coffee stand. The deli is also very good, they will give you samples if you ask. The meat, poultry and fish departments with cut up, skin your order as desired. You can also get only as much as you want, for example two pieces of bacon or sausage, a quarter pound of hamburger, etc.... I skip the cleaning, paper goods, and other items I know I can buy else where for less. But, the quality of the produce, meats, deli and bakery are some of...
