Jay was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. My husband and I reached out for rentals to use for our outdoor wedding ceremony. It was important to us that we sourced high sound equipment because we've been to many outdoor weddings and sound was always an issue.

In our initial call, Jay was full of information and gave us input that we had not considered initially. He was very thorough on how to use the equipment and even offered his service the day-of for any emergencies. Turns out our ceremony sound was seamless and we had no issues at all. With an outdoor forest venue and 200 guests using their phones - it's amazing that sound was perfect!

I used AV rentals for a 30th birthday karaoke party for my daughter. Jay did a fabulous job in every possible area. He answered my call, provided me quickly with great pricing and contract information. He called to confirm and arrived early to set up. He was professional and careful when setting up. I was nervous renting the equipment right off the bat. I met Jay and the guy is a good dude. We talked about an hour 1/2 about Dj's we knew Clubs we went to and where we worked coming up.
