Starbucks has consistently been a delightful experience for me. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. What amazes me the most is their ability to remember my name, even though my last visit was a whopping 8 months ago. This level of personalized service truly sets them apart.

My order took 18 minutes because half the order was missed initially and the other drink missing from my order altogether. I didn't mind the wait because the poor barrista was alone and just trying to do her best during the local community college's finals week so I don't fault her. She had a long line of orders to do on her own and was very nice when I made inquiries as to whether my drinks were on the way (& just let me know that she only had the one order.) However, when I went back to the green haired cashier who rang me up (who I complimented and couldn't even get a syllable from) was horribly rude. I was in tears by the time I left. It was ridiculous. He insisted I only ordered one drink even when I gave him the time, and exact amount. In fact he told me to be quiet. Read moreOK, it was a Sunday afternoon. The place is busy ... Overheard it they were 11 minutes behind. But then the food prep person sneezes a bunch of times and goes right back to food prep... No passing GO or the wash station. Waiting and waiting as a dozen items are prepped and held behind the counter for over 5 minutes and then brought out en masse. My order still not out... Oh checked in with the food prep associate again and lo and behold, they found my order sitting on the counter. ... Lost the tag I guess ... Said oh here is an egg bite--it should be yours. Mine and quite cold by then...
