I go to this particular sonic quite often because its the only one in my town and its only a few blocks from my house. This particular sonic could use some improvement. The service is very slow, they make mistakes with my order so often that I can't remember the last time I got an order that was right. The customer service is aweful, the car hops have bad attitudes and the one that don't have a bad attitude have no attitude at all. They don't say hello they don't smile they don't look at you or even say thank you. The last time I was at this sonic was a couple of nights ago and I ordered and went home because it was late and it was right at closing time. I got home settled in and took my food out of my bag. I ordered a five dollar sonic box with a junior cheese burger and a new york dog tater tots and a sweet tea. My hot dog barely had any sourkraut and onions and then I picked it up and noticed that the other end of my hot dog had been bitten off. Really!!!! Not the bun just the hot dog! Read moreI had an awful experience! 25 minute wait to get my food. Food was all wrong, messed up my son's plain Jr burger. Had everything on it. My cheese wasn't even melted and wife's burger looked as if it had been steeped on before bringing it out. I checked food and pressed the red button to get my order corrected. Took 4 minutes to answer. Another 7 minutes to get my son another plain Jr burger. Manager was supposed to bring it out. I had seen him come out 4 times while I was there. A young girl came out, had I not caught the burger it would have went in the floor as she tossed it through my window. Asked me if I needed my receipt and walked away. I only go to town to get a burger about once, every 3 or 4 months. This is why I cook my own supper every night. I expect service when I pay for it. Walnut ridge sonic should be ashamed and management should be disappointed in employee production and service. Sonic will not receive my business again. Not in walnut ridge or anywhere...

After pressing red button multiple times at the hour mark with no response, we finally got through only to discover they had no record of order. Sent manager to us but could not refund our order. We had already paid via card. At hour and 15 minutes, manager said no record but we could see charge on our online banking account. Manager then put rush on our order. We attempted to call customer service in order to get refund but no success there. Was asking for too much information. Phone number email etc. Finally after an hour and half we received partial order. Finally at hour and 35 minutes we had entire order. Still no refund or coupons or gift cards. We literally missed a fireworks show...
