idea ribbon — Local services in Walnut

Purchase some organza bags and after 9 days my order was never processed or shipped. I contacted their customer service and they had no clue what was going on with the order. They refused to expedite the order overnight and they only offered to have me wait another 5 days to receive the items. I had to ask for a refund, which they promptly gave via paypal which was how I paid. Such a WASTE OF TIME! Dont bother...

Used this tulle to create a table skirt. Looked very pretty. I made the skirt about two weeks in advance and had to pull it out several times to add stuff to it (the trim, more tulle) and the material held up VERY well. Also, we have cats and they were very interested in the stuff while I was making the skirt - one of them batted the tulle around, getting stuck on it, but didn't actually tear it, so ... held up...

Purchased tulle and ribbon for a St. Jude charity. The ribbon never shipped nor did they contact me to tell me about the "back order". I was promised a refund within 48 hours. I never received one.
