The first time we went. We were party of 6. It was one of my sister's anniversary. The service was ok, not great. The server forgot to bring one of my sister's boyfriend food! We started eating, till finally we asked.... what happen to his food. The waiter said, I'm sorry and he went to go get it. Music very loud! 2nd time we went. This time it was just my husband, and I. We get there, waitress very nice greeting us. She took our order. Food came pretty fast. I felt the Carne asada a bit burn, but said nothing. Once the waitress left placed our food on our table, she never came back. There was a party of 20 people, and it was all there attention. We asked another waitress for an item. She said we had to wait for our waitress. I turned to look at her, she was taking drink orders from party of 20. Then as she was passing by, I ask for the bill, and small container. She said I had to wait. She took all the orders from party of 20. I was upset. I had no more drink. We waited more or less, 15 minutes till she came back with the bill. She forgot the small container. Had to wait 3 more minutes. By this time, we just got up, left her the tip( not really wanting too) and went to pay. I just wanted to get out of there. Next time they need to organize their waitress to when one of them get a big party. Another waitress needs to step in, and take the other waitress customers. Unsatisfied customers. 😓
