The first time we went. We were party of 6. It was one of my sister's anniversary. The service was ok, not great. The server forgot to bring one of my sister's boyfriend food! We started eating, till finally we asked.... what happen to his food. The waiter said, I'm sorry and he went to go get it. Music very loud! 2nd time we went. This time it was just my husband, and I. We get there, waitress very nice greeting us. She took our order. Food came pretty fast. I felt the Carne asada a bit burn, but said nothing. Once the waitress left placed our food on our table, she never came back. There was a party of 20 people, and it was all there attention. We asked another waitress for an item. She said we had to wait for our waitress. I turned to look at her, she was taking drink orders from party of 20. Then as she was passing by, I ask for the bill, and small container. She said I had to wait. She took all the orders from party of 20. I was upset. I had no more drink. We waited more or less, 15 minutes till she came back with the bill. She forgot the small container. Had to wait 3 more minutes. By this time, we just got up, left her the tip( not really wanting too) and went to pay. I just wanted to get out of there. Next time they need to organize their waitress to when one of them get a big party. Another waitress needs to step in, and take the other waitress customers. Unsatisfied...

Not so sure what happened to this place. I used to really like them. Now they have a "mariachi menu" where all food items are highly inflated (close to double the price). It's important to note that there was no mariachi band the entire time we dined. Portion sizes are fairly large but not worth the price imo. Seems they are trying to fancy up the presentation of their food to justify prices. I came with a large group of 16. My food in particular was forgotten. My whole party received their meal while I had to ask one of the waitresses about my meal. When it came out it was overcooked and bland. I got the fajitas. Additionally, the air conditioning vent above me was leaking water on me. I mentioned it to the waitress and they turned off the AC (this fixed the problem but made our area a bit warm). We tried to order a few kids meals as we had 4 children in our party. They initially said we couldn't order a kids meal but the manage gave the "ok" after we asked. They charged $15 for 2 chicken fingers and a small portion of fries. $30 for a fajita plate, lacking flavor definitely was not worth it. On top of it all they tacked on a 20% mandatory gratuity for a...

My order: 1 Mayan asada burrito and one cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla was really good and the customer service was excellent. Now the burrito, the burrito was just bad. Like other reviews I saw, the asada is just bad quality. It was hard and chewy. There was zero to none avocado and sour cream, so there is no point in order a Mayan burrito, just order a regular. For the most, it is just a paste of beans and rice that is not worth the price. I'd definitely not recommend anyone to try burritos here. What was even worse it was the mild green sauce. It was probably the worst sauce I have ever tried, like no lie. It had a funky smell when I opened that i even thought there was an insect or animal near me because of the pungent smell. After I tried it I was just disgusted, it tasted I don't know... like just vinegar and a dash of pepper? It was just gross, AVOID the green sauce or ask for a sample before ordering (it was my first time here so I didn't think it was gonna be this bad.) Once again, the quesadilla and the customer service were great! (But definitely not...

Bruh I walked in with an immense appetite. I delegated weather the Mayan Burger or chicken enchiladas. I ended up ordered the latter. With a twist. It was chicken enchiladas combination plate. So rice and beans plus a large portion of fresh lettuce shread salad. Super tasty all the way around. Refried beans had a perfect texture of softness and are incredibly delicious. The rice I ended topping mine with the salsa from the chips. Since a children in Durango MX my family in the desert loves smothering rice in rich flavor salsas. My enchiladas were one red and one green because I get to taste each color & on the plate it looks gorgeous and an honorable tribute to this wonderful restaurant. They play music that for sure has Latinas off of their feet. I KNOW. To drink I had a large horchata with lite ice. Gracia casa de Pancho for a great experience and "salud" Next time I show up again will be for the Mayan burger. Its description makes it super bomb-to-be. :)

Neighborhood Mexican restaurant with cheap, hearty portions. Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner around 6pm and got seated immediately. There was a live mariachi band playing when we were there, which was a nice surprise. Note that it is pretty loud, as they’re connected to speakers that are on full blast. They give you free chips and salsa to munch on, but they took our order quickly and the food came out within 5 minutes. We split an order of supreme nachos, and chose carne asada for the meat. Good proportion of meat to chips and there’s guac too. We’ve been here before when it was Mayan Taco, and they made the place nicer. They had dark wood paneled floors and sleek black chairs in the middle, with booths encompassing the perimeter of the restaurant. There is an area for a buffet (on weekdays) and they do catering as well. It’s table service and they do take credit cards.

Don't run into many $1 Taco Tuesdays in today's economy. Decided to give it a go today and had mixed reviews on it. Price: 5/5 Atmosphere/decor: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Tacos: 3/5 Carne aside and al pastor were pretty over cooked and dry, but the chicken was pretty good. As for the sauces, I like my red sauces pretty spicy, and this seemed pretty mild. The green sauce though, was fantastic! Ended up using this on all my tacos. I'd definitely go back again as my wallet likes the price of taco Tuesday! Edit: as of 2/8. I've gone back 4x for Taco Tuesday. I can easily say the tacos each time after the first have been much better! Carne asada has been juicier! Can't go wrong with Casa de Pancho on Taco Tuesday!
