I had the great pleasure of meeting with Cherie, the owner 2 weeks ago to plan a dessert table for my bestie's birthday party. She was extremely personable, helpful, friendly and creative. I ordered 4 dozen macarons - 2 dozen of which were customized, 2 dozen assorted cupcakes, 2 dozen cake trifles, 2 dozen cheesecake cups, 2 dozen tiramisu cups, a strawberry tower and a GORGEOUS 8" cake. She not only understood my vision, she understood how important this order was to me, and it wasn't just "a cake order". She sat with me for about 90 minutes to hammer out yhe dessert menu, gave me amazing design options & ideas & took the time to truly understand the flavor profiles that I wanted. She went over the intricate designs that I wanted on the cake and was even honest with me when she thought I was over-ordering, instead of just taking the sale! All of this while taking care of customers that walked in for purchases and all with an amazing demeanor! Her work was extremely meticulous. She EXCEEDED my expectations - and they are very high when it comes to food! She was extremely responsive, even when I was rapid-firing questions to her. AND! THE! PRODUCT! To say that everything was delicious would be an understatement! The frostings were not a mouthful of sugar. You could really taste the love & dedication she has not only to.her craft, but to her business. Her presentation, even down to the cake box was BEAUTIFUL! Literally drove through a 5.1 earthquake to get here haha It was unexpected, of course, but they were still nice enough to stay open past their closing time for us! YAY :) I'm glad I was able to make it in for their Grand Opening weekend because there were discounted prices.

LOCATION/DECOR: -It is located in the plaza next to Waba Grill. -The decor is very cute and girly. It is also a lot roomier than I thought because there was a back room.

SERVICE: -All the workers here are SUPER SWEET! Love the great customer service here.

MACARONS: -Cookie Butter: My favorite of the 6 that I tried. Not too sweet and captured the cookie butter flavor perfectly. -Thai Tea: My second favorite. A little sweet, but still good! -Black sesame: Black sesame flavor was subtle, but I still liked this one too. -Samoa: Didn't really remind me of a Samoa... -Nutella: It was okay, expected it to be better -Blueberry cheesecake: This was my least favorite.. way TOO sweet

EGG PUFF WAFFLES: -Red Velvet: I liked it, but only with the buttercream frosting that it came with. -Black Sesame: Hmm, I didn't really taste the black sesame in this. I seriously thought I ordered the orginial :[

DRINKS: -Tried a mix of two of their teas..I think it was oolong and green tea? and then it was sweetened by strawberry fruit puree! How lovely :) I am not sure if this mix was on the menu, but it was a suggestion from one of the workers and I liked the combo!

Will be back to try their cupcakes and egg puff waffles. I think there's a green tea one and a churro...

The cheesecake is hands down the best and my favorite; very creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with a buttery crust that melts in your mouth. The macarons are delicate, flavorful, and made with such precision, and the cupcakes? Absolute perfection—moist, fluffy, and topped with the most heavenly frosting and floral decorations. Extremely pretty and elegant.
