Trendz Outlet — Local services in Walnut

Horrible! Do not go. I had been going to look for deals for a few months and always got great deals, at 50% off or more! the (previous) owner was very nice and always said hi to everyone coming in. As I walked in today I saw new faces and I began to ask for prices, I noticed the prices were no longer reasonable for an outlet. Items had clearance prices from target at $25, and they wanted to sell for $20!!! The previous owner would discount 50% off the $25. I found another item tagged from target at $6.99, and they wanted to sell it for $6.99. Obviously I come here to get better prices than target, at target paying that price I get rewards and even cash back, this is an outlet!!!! I asked for the owner and they said “they were running the store now and the owner would come in every so often”. I later found out the business was SOLD. Do not go, it’s not...

I recently found this outlet while scrolling on social media and decided to check it out. Parking was easy to find and I was immediately greeted by the owners. They were very helpful and friendly while pointing to the tons of merchandise they had to choose from. They provided huge bags to hold your items and they even had 80s music playing which made for a pleasant shopping experience! The cashier was super energetic as she helped me with bagging my items. Customer service like that is what I always look out for aside from great deals and environment. This outlet is definitely worth checking out to see...

Apparently it seems like the business changed owners. No wonder when I went today it wasn’t packed like before, before I would need to park in the street. Today it was empty! They really want to charge the same price as Target when the packaging is damaged, some with no boxes and they get these items from salvage. Ridiculous. I’m so sad they changed owners! I loved coming here, new owners lost...
