I'm still waiting on cards I ordered in July, it's now the middle of October. They are 0/10 on customer service. I never received an email saying they were delivered, all I got was a tracking number. Whether or not, USPS loses them that's the businesses RESPONISBILITY to make sure the customer receives the product. So then when I email to see what happened, they just regurgitate the tracking number to me. Yeah, it says delivered but where to? Because it definitely was not the address on my order.

NOW, AFTER EMAILING. The owner, James, calls my phone from a hidden number to leave this uselessly long voicemail about why he's going to STEAL my money from me. YES JAMES, THAT'S THEFT! You're just going to keep my money because I was "rude" in my first email. You ain't seen me get rude yet, and if I could leave 0 stars on this review I wouldn't give you that much credit.

If you leave a low rating on any platform, be prepared for the owner to come after you like you're the problem. He seems to be good at arguing that no matter your issue, you're the problem to him. So James, if your precious little Yelp review means so much to you, then learn how to better business.

I placed an order for business cards from this company and I was blown away by the work they did. The customer service was amazing and my order was perfect. Everything was so perfect that I placed a 2nd order today for more business cards. I loved that they had a capsule shape as well which was exactly what I needed. I just received my new business cards and I’m OBSESSED!!! This company is top quality! After three attempts with vista print messing up my order I started researching high end business cards on Etsy. I’m so glad I found this company. I have never had a business card nor have I ever seen one this boujee. My line of work is high end and more on the boutique side of things so this cards fits my style to a T.
