Yes they don't have a number that just dials a d someone picks up but they have the chat system and they really do get back to within a hour from when u first texted. The quality of their products is superb! Also the customer is the best so far that I've ever been in and I'm Vaping for 16 years. I use to make my own juice cause whenever I purchased juice or salts from a store it was never right. I must say the prices aren't that bad and the juice does have flavor. I like anything berry and they always find one for me, I even let them pick it out and they do perfection. Their mod box's and vapes are also reasonably priced and honestly if u were to order the same set up on internet you would be paying extra cause of all the vape taxes.
