Thought we’d finally try the new location. It was small, well lit, looked clean. Waitress was nice, and that’s where the good stuff pretty much ended. I ordered a personal Stromboli and wife ordered a pizza burger asking what kind of roll choices there was. The waitress said either one of their house-made pizza dough rolls or a plain roll...not a Kaiser but better than a regular hamburger roll. So the pizza burger comes out - disappointing at about the size of a thick McDonalds hamburger - but it’s on a plain old buck a bag looking hamburger roll. Waitress explains they ran out of the better ones so my wife says no problem but maybe I’ll take one of those pizza dough rolls instead. Waitress goes back and comes out to tell us “No, they said you didn’t want the pizza roll so you have to take this one”. So...this place is willing to lose a customer - in a social media world - over a ROLL. The roll itself is no longer the point here, the point is that even prior to this we were chit chatting with the waitress about the bad reviews due to them not bringing back their soup/salad bar. We showed the reviews. And then they let us walk out because they wouldn’t change a ROLL on an already cooked meal? The best is yet to come...we went to Dollar Tree across the street, and my wife asks the cashier if she ever ate at the new Valley Pizza. She responds that it’s funny we’d ask as they had just been there to buy hamburger rolls because they ran out...so they served a pizza burger on literally dollar store rolls!...
Read moreThere was a group of about 7 of us. 3 kids and 4 adults. The kids were loud and amped up and full of energy after a dance recital. The adults were tired and uncomfortable from sitting in seats at the site that were far too small for adult bodies. We decided to stop here for a more comfortable sit down eat and to relax before the long drive home. The food. Absolutely delicious, everyone, including my 9 year old who rejects everything you give her, ate almost everything on her plate. I had a calzone with added pepperoni and the small size was enough to put me into a food coma. Without going into what everyone got, suffice it to say that there was very, very little food gone to waste and that food wasn't wasted because of flavor - it was because of serving sizes. The restaurant itself was small and very cute. Friendly atmosphere. Smelled amazing. And the staff were incredible. One woman was on the floor running between all the tables (they didn't know a dance recital had just happened only a couple miles away and they were the only non-fast-food in the area) so they got overloaded with people quickly. Even with that though, they were as fast as possible, extremely kind, and did a fantastic job with the chaos we brought in! I recommend this place wholly, food, people, prices. I will be making trips out that way again even though it's not close to our home. That's the impression I...
Read moreI do not wish to come off as a rude or indignant person when I write this review, but this was my true and honest experience with Valley Pizza. Me and my fiancé had some of the worst Pizza we've ever had. The crust was really overcooked and flavorless, the sauce was equally as bland and the cheese was nothing to write home about. I've been told if you can't get a plain cheese pizza right, you shouldn't be in the pizza making business. The spicy "BBQ" boneless wings? Are actually just buffalo sauce wings, and had zero crunch to them whatsoever. Finally, the one good thing about our meal, the steak Stromboli, which was quite nice and well cooked. Overall, there are much better options all around the area. There are no shortage of pizza places in the valley, and unfortunately Valley Pizza was the worst that we've tried. I hope my review can be taken under constructive criticism and as the voice of people who ate here and never came back...
