Wish I could have given a zero star! They advertise soft yogurt non-fat/no sugar added and EVERYTIME we come they don't have it! Today we called to make sure they had it we came and it tasted straight up like mix and it was mushy. To me that's false advertisement they have now lost my business I get better ice cream that is frozen yogurt at McDonald's then here! So the owner replied to my review told me she was sorry and to try her again so I call asked if the sugar-free vanilla chocolate and twist were working she said let me go see the worker went as I had her on the phone and said yes they're all working I literally live one mile away I got my shoes on came here my husband got a twist with sugar-free with a topping a sugar-free topping that cost me $4.49 she goes to get mine which is just vanilla and guess what it does not work. Well I gave you a second try now I just wasted money I didn't even get my ice cream because yet again it's false advertisement saying you have something that you no longer have! Not happy at all guess I'm taking my business to...
Read moreScoopendorf's has YET to disappoint! The staff always fulfills our special requests without hesitation. In my opinion, their water ice is smoother and has a "melt in your mouth" effect in comparison to Rita's Ice. So many options to choose from and the best ice cream cakes around!!!! They recently started selling a new flavor - shoo fly pie. Its hard ice cream and goes great on a cone! It's been disappointing to watch people pay for their treats and not tip the staff when they receive bills and coins back for change. If you can afford to buy something that has to be made by an employee, throw them a dollar or two. We will continue to support this local business and TIP THE STAFF for always providing great service and wonderful...

Ma’am you had to have seen how dusty that cup was. An how do you pick a dirty spoon and give it to a Customer. To the elder lady sitting at the table who witnessed all this, the shock should’ve been at the employee, giving a disgusting, dirty, spoon, and cup away to a customer full of product and being shocked that they didn’t want it!!!...
