Burger King — Restaurant in Walnutport

So, i went to this Burger King because i was in the Giant across the street. I have the BK app but haven't used it until now. It said that it was "national cookie day" so i wanted to redeem my "two free cookies with a $1 purchase" so i ordered myself and my wife two small fries. The employee said that they needed a code so, I asked if it was the "royal perks rewards" code she was confused. As I tried to pull up the coupon I struggled a little (haven't done this on this app before), my wife assisted me and once we figured it out there were two cars behind us. I gave the employee the code, they gave me my total, I went to the window, and paid. We had to wait a few seconds (now there's about 3-4 cars behind us). Once they came out with the food, I started to drive out of the drive thru to the parking lot. I told my wife to check to make sure our order was fulfilled properly. So when she looked in the bag, the fries were upside down and one was dumped. Once I tried the fries i realized they weren't fresh. The cookies were ok but not as good as I've had at Burger King before. This isn't my first negative experience at stores in the Walnutport area, so I can probably assume that it's the employees they hire from that area that just don't care. Sorry for the...

Look, I don't wanna be a Leave-a-bad-review-Leonard but they Gotta get these new young kids whipped into shape soon or pay the managers what they deserve to make sure this kinda stuff isn't deemed OK. I went inside and ordered some food to go and the cashier was very friendly, but the Burger King was a little disorganized and definitely a little dirty. It took forever to get my food and I mean at least 20-25 minutes. I'm assuming this woman who came out he was very bossy was the manager but she was just as flustered as everyone else that worked there. When they finally handed me the food that I had ordered, The impossible Whopper was cold the cheese was not melted and honestly it was pretty gross.
