It seems everytime I go to Taco Bell, consistently one or more items are forgotten in our order, and sometimes we pay for items that are not delivered to us through the drive through. So I have gotten into the habit of checking my parties order when we go through the drive through. On this visit, the window attendant rushed us through the lane very rudely and in an attempt to comply and with an assumption that all our food was in the bags, we pulled forward. Come to find out they misentered one combo as just a drink and now one member of my party has lost out of his food. So not only did the staff make an error in incorrectly inputting our order, they further worsened the experience by being rude as we tried to catch their mistake and mitigate the situation. We were told they’re on a timer, perhaps if they were not they would be able to provide better and more accurate service. On top of this, there was only one car behind us and giving us an additional moment to check our order would not have caused that much of a wait. I used to go to the Whitehall location but I frequently had this issue and now it seems walnutport is no better. I do not know where to go for my Taco Bell anymore. Read moreRevising my review for a few reasons: The reason for removing a star last time doesn't happen anymore :) I had what could have been a really bad experience last night but was immediately corrected and then some. Also note, I've been going here since it opened at least once a month, and this is the first time this has EVER happened. I ordered two items that normally contain beef, and swapped for refried beans. Ended up getting both items with beef, and didn't realize until I bit into one. The woman running the drive thru was horrified, and immediately worked to make it right. All I wanted was my food remade, but she did that and MUCH more. She went above and beyond and one of the other employees came over to apologize too. Definitely took off the sting of the situation.

Read moreVery disappointed in the lack of knowledge and care for the product. I ordered $40 worth of food on the mobile app to get home and have 75% of the food wrong. I brought back one item which was a chalupa box and asked for a refund because I couldn't even eat at this point, and was told they have no affiliation with the taco bell app I ordered on so they couldn't help me. The manger seemed very clueless when it comes to how to do her job and very careless on customer satisfaction. I have worked in food service a long time so I am understanding which is why I only brought back $7 worth of food, because It was all wrong and I couldn't eat it, instead of bringing back EVERYTHING that they made wrong. It is very frustrating watching managers not care about how things are done at their place of business and it's all too common now a days.
