Apparently the girl i spoke to her name is stephanie but maybe she gave me a wrong name im not sure. Let's start from the beginning. I placed an order for 3 subs toasted not one was toasted all 3 felt like they were just pulled from the fridge. Her first excuse was when sandwiches are sitting out they get cold. Second excuse is when they sit long they they put them in the fridge which it wasn't order was placed at 645pm made at 7 and picked up at 705 i got home 710 and called immediately. Last I said the rotisserie chicken was stone cold which should have been heated and she said I must have gone to a different location because they do not have rotisserie chicken they have been telling customers for hours that they didnt have it so what did did they give me? I also stated that the cheese wasn't melted she said that the only cheese that melts is shredded cheese which isn't true because my cheese is always melted. im attaching a picture of the location and time stamp because she knew she messed up but wouldn't take accountability. Read moreToday may 5th, 2024 I was served by Teresa, im a regular customer and ordered a flatbread sandwich, as I do almost daily. This woman has a bad attitude my sandwich was awful im confused as to why every other employee is nice and makes my food to my liking. My husband has had issues with her twice, she purposely drenched his chicken teriyaki hoagie with too much sauce it was dripping. She is cocky and I would like to know how she's allowed to work with her long hair not in a hair net it's all over. I will not be frequenting this subway again. Nothing on the website said you had to order online to use the promo code. When we went to check out the manager said it could be used that it has to be used online. I should him there was nothing stating I had to order online to use the code.
