I visited the store on 2/28 around 6 p.m. with all intention of purchasing a few items in preparation for a funeral. I walked out without purchasing anything after 5 minutes. I walked through the door and the two females were speaking to each other. Not once did they acknowledge me or offer any assistance, so I decided that I would not spending any money in the store. Not acknowleging customers entering your store is unacceptable. It depicts a lack of training in delivering quality customer service, and will result in loss revenue with time. I left the store and went to the Cato store a few doors down where I was greeted immediately upon enterinng the store. I found what I was looking for and gladly purchased more because the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL.
