Be extra careful of renting from this place. 1 month after renting to own a couch and recliner my wife started getting weird red bumps. She suspected it was allergies and made a doctor's appointment. Doctors weren't sure what it was and scheduled her for appointment with an allergy specialist which wasn't able to get her in for 4 months. Fast forward we ended up finding bed bugs, stemming from the furniture we had by now paid in full for. I had to throw out both the couch and recliner, 1200 dollars that I had just paid for. Add another 1000 to treat the bugs. After claiming a claim with their "insurance" it was clear that these people's job was simply to find a loophole that makes it seem like the bedbugs came from elsewhere. Despite sending them proof of doctors appointments in reference to red bumps "bites" only a month after the purchase. Do not buy from this...

They rented us a laptop when we needed a machine for a shoot - arranged the whole thing over the phone with us, and allowed us to keep the laptop longer than we originally intended. Overall, more than willing to work with the customer, and a pleasure...
