Brought my brand new (not even two month old) XR phone in for back glass repair. Left the store after I picked up my phone and noticed the side buttons no longer worked. Went back a few minutes later and was told that they would fix it, no problem, but they needed to order a new part. Dropped off my phone again a week later and left it for several hours. When I returned that day to pick up my phone, I was told the issue was fixed as the owner of the store had told me he accidentally damaged a part when fixing the back. I left the store and all was well. Several days later, I tried the flashlight on my phone for the first time. I realized that my flashlight and the flash in my camera was no longer working. Yet again, I returned to the store. I was told that this could be fixed, no problem. I just needed to drop my phone off yet again for several hours. Mind you, this is all happening over the course of many weeks as my job requires me to have my cell phone, so I can only drop my phone off on a Saturday. When I dropped my phone off again, I was told to return in a couple of hours. Upon return, I was told that the issue could not be fixed and diagnostic testing needed to be done on my phone. This testing would take four hours. I was told this sometimes happens when you repair the glass on a phone to be led to believe this was not such an abnormal occurrence. Oh, now you tell me this? Yet again, I dropped off my phone and returned with it seemingly fixed. I left that day only to discover the side buttons YET AGAIN no longer worked. When I once AGAIN approached them about it, I was told this never happens and my phone is an anomaly. This completely contradicts what they told me several weeks prior when I asked them why they’re having these issues, and how often they run into this. I wasted many, many hours because of this store. He says $50.00 to order a piece.I return the next day to leave my cell phone, he had my phone for 3 hours and he tells me that he is only going to do the front part since if I want the back part it is $45.00 more, I think that was not correct what he did since i showed him the problem again do not go from this person bad service.....the first and the last time I took my cell phone to you, much less...
Read moreThe first time I went there they fixed my phone and I had a good experience. Although when I got home and began to use my phone after 10 minutes the entire screen with navy blue. I brought it back the same day and they had to put on a new screen to fix the issue. A couple of weeks later my phone fell off the table and onto a fluffy rug. When I picked it up the screen was shattered. I brought it back they fixed it again and it lasted a few more weeks. Then one day I clicked the home button and The screen cracked down the middle. The screens that they use are terrible quality and I would absolutely not recommend...
