I've been sold 4 defective devices her. On December 22 2016 I bought my 3rd phone, less than 30 days later it broke. The "technician" did not properly install a SIM card protector. Upon finding out this fact they did not replace the phone (suggesting that I myself just decided to throw away my SIM car protector? Why would ANYONE do that? To spend 3hrs trying to get a NEW, new phone?? Ridiculous!) Then after 3hrs with customer service the manager said he'd replace the device... By committing insurance fraud and sending it back to the company as "defective"!!! That's insurance fraud! And I recorded the entire conversation! I'm calling "Corporate" today. Read moreArrived at Boston Airport and was surprised to find that SIM cards at the airport were extremely expensive — really didn’t expect that. In the end, I relied on Google Maps’ offline navigation to get to the hotel and then found a mobile carrier nearby. None of the SIM card data plans were cheap, and the 5GB of data was already used up by the fifth or sixth day. Prices in the U.S. have definitely gone up a lot… I’ll definitely need to be better...
