Let me tell you why I love this kroger. I went shopping at 11pm this evening and left my wallet in the shopping cart. I did not realize I had done so until about 1:30 am when I was getting ready to check to see if I had left it out in my car. Right as I was reaching to open my front door, i heard a knock on the door. There was this beautiful angel named Misty standing on my door step with my wallet!!! She said a customer had brought it to her as she was leaving and the store was already locked. When she seen my I'd, she remembered me being there and noticed I lived close to her so she brought it to me. I can not possibly thank her enough. She is amazing!!!!! This girl needs a raise!! Their clicklist is constantly behind. Don't be surprised if you have to wait 40+ minutes. This has happened way too many times for it to be bad luck...There is always some type of excuse from management. If their systems are having issues they should call their customers and let them know - give them the option to come back later. But they don't. You just sit there. It would probably also help if they reallocated their staff more effectively during their rush hours. Read morefriday night, had to pick up lunch meat and cheese for an after funeral saturday. volunteered at at last moment to help out my in-laws. we did not have the time or state of mind to preorder so your employee had to slice about 15 pounds . your employee said we should have preordered, SORRY, to inconvenience her(denise). then she kept whispering to the gentleman that was serving us, which, i believe , got him to cop an attitude towards us. denise even made comments to others in line "sorry you have to wait so long" and yelling over to bakery about "having to count....chicken.... and need help because the line for the deli was "out the door". i don't remember ever having to pre order before, unless it was a party tray. i think maybe denise ought to have sensitivity training, you never know what someone's...
