DO NOT EAT. Man sounded like he was rushing to get the apocalypse evacuated out of himself in a stall. Straight from the toilet to making your food. It started, I took a quick visit to take a wiz before I sat down with my girlfriend, in the time I was in there, a man rushed in behind me straight to a stall, I could not see him pass behind me. In the 30 seconds or so to take wiz, this man sounded like he was shooting the plague out of his body from every orifice, non-stop, explosive. I was honestly worried for him. This sink I was at had a broken soap dispenser at each of the two sinks, but I was able to find a soap dispenser beside on of the two sinks. As I washed and dried my hands, the man continued. We’ve all been there. No judgement - HOWEVER, the speed at which the man was forcing the demons from his body, made me think “he is rushing… HE IS ON THE CLOCK!!” I walked out, 10 feet to my table, eyes watching the door, and before I could even sit down to confirm my suspicions, a plainly dressed man with headphone around his neck walked out, sweaty and straight to the back of the kitchen 5 feet from the bathroom. Drink and chips already at the table that my girlfriend had ordered, I said to her, “Up, Up, Up, Let’s Go, Let’s Go, Let’s Go.” Hoping she didn’t touch ANYTHING!!
Turned around on way out and told the man at the entrance that the above happened in a few quick words, he did not care. I called back after leaving to let a manger know to try and get that man out of the kitchen before making people sick, they said no manager was there and they did not care.
I considered turning the car back to the restaurant, going in, and shouting to everyone to leave now, and even spit your food out if you can. Leave Now! It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. From explosive diarrhea and near vomiting in a stall to making everyone’s food, not a thought about washing hands as he had to have sprinted from the toilet to the kitchen. Incredible.

Read morewaiter didn't seem to understand English very well, then received someone else's order so came back took that order to other person and brought my wife's order and still wrong and tried explaining it to her but she acted like it was all ok and walked away .. So we figured just eat and tell them at the register. At the end when we went to pay they sided with the waitress, so i said nevermind I'll pay but i won't be back .I didn't expect a free meal , but need to be more respectful and listen to customers. We were treated horrible and should have been credited something. Thats just good business. the problem was my wife did not order the combo that we had to pay for which was brought to her the second time after we receive someone else's order so her order wasn't made right because we had to pay for more than what she wanted. a good business person will not argue with a customer I was not trying to take advantage of no one but we should have received some kind of credit because of the extra food that we got that we did not order. you gained a lot more as a business person to make the customer happy and bring them back! the last thing you need to do is get upset first and not try to understand your customers concern. There is a very nice Mexican restaurant right off the Williamstown Owenton exit it's right up...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I will never return.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I informed the waiter of such and he got incredibly angry. He grabbed my plate, threw it back in the kitchen, grabbed a menu, threw it on the table and told me to point out what I wanted. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at us. I told him I would rather just leave however, my guest had already been served. The manager came over and ask to tell him what I wanted. I repeated my order and he brought out the correct order, with no apology for the rude experience. Our waiter never returned to our table, our water was empty with no refills. When the bill came we were charged for a soda we never ordered. I told the manager and they took the extra charge off. I told the manager about my experience but the waiter was right there and the manager tried to make light of my comments almost like he was intimidated by the waiter.
I am not one to write negative posts. I believe in putting good out in the world, I just want people to know that being humiliated is not acceptable. It disheartens me that there are people in the world like this and that they are reflection of your business. I highly recommend this waiter takes an anger management class or finds a...
