When we started going China Moon their food was decent enough until around the 6th time of getting take out not once not twice but six times they either forgot to put most of our food in the bag (last June) the lady wanted to argue about her not putting all of our order in the bag she could plainly see us in the parking lot we hadn't started the car. I know they keep records of your orders they mention it when I had called them. Every time we've place an order with them we repeat it back to them to make sure it's right. order to make sure it's right. We always order the same things. I get vegetable lo-mein with carrots, celery, onions, broccoli and NO MUSHROOMS OR ZUCCHINI the only vegetable in my order tonight was broccoli!!!! It's difficult for me to eat by mouth a lot of times getting things down my esophagus. Every time we've ordered we make sure to read it back to them. We've told them every time we order anything the vegetables must be soft. Everytime they've been raw and very hard to chew. I called telling him once again our order wasn't right he's telling me to come in and he'd make it over also telling me to call back tomorrow when the manager was there. We live in morning view and we don't live close to their store. I am looking forward to talking to the manager tomorrow. It's doubtful we will ever recommend China Moon to anyone this has me so upset I now have food stuck in my esophagus. I hope it goes down I don't want to go to the ER to have food removed. Read moreI ordered via door dash today. My order consisted of fried dumplings, hot and sour soup, 2 egg rolls, and chicken fried rice with extra vegetables, egg, and NO MUSHROOMS. Long story short won’t happen here. The woman who answered the phone when I called to discuss the order being wrong was rude, not willing to let me explain what happened, and snarky. I have ordered from here before and when they didn’t understand the order, they called me. She tried to tell me she called but my phone isn’t working. Sorry, my phone is working and that’s how I called to complain. She then repeated that my phone isn’t working all the while she’s talking to me on the phone number in the order. While she did apologize she might have not read the order right because her English isn’t that good, I requested the name of the manager so I could have a name associated with the free chicken fried rice she was offering, she told me “you don’t get manager name”.
I am allergic to mushrooms and in my orders online or by food delivery service, I always put in capital letters in the food preparation directions- NO MUSHROOMS. By phone I express my allergy.

Read moreI went to pick up my food this afternoon. After placing a carry out order. I get home to Crittenden and I had the wrong order. I call to see how this could be made right. The lady I talked to couldn’t refund the money to the credit card I used. Then she says she can give me $6. I asked how is $6 going to make this right, when my son and myself can’t eat our food. We didn’t receive it. I expressed the gas again from where I live to Walton and my son could only eat the chicken. He ordered plain Lo Mein with his sweet and sour chicken. Then she says you can get a free sweet and sour chicken but no soup. After I have paid for it. After going round and round she finally says I can give you the whole order. Mind you that when I called and gave them the number and name on the ticket, she says oooohhhhh I know what happened. So check your orders. Like I should have done.
