Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Walton

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My family and I ordered dinner last night, the order was wrong. The woman working talked to my dad in a very rude manner, he was only there to pick up the order for us. The food was not ready, he stood there the entire time they were making the order, and entirely wrong. He explained when he got home that the woman said they do not have cheese Alfredo pasta, which they do, I order it all the time for my girls. I did not receive the Alfredo pasta nor did I receive the correct pizza I ordered. My daughters did not get to eat Pizza Hut, I had to make them something else, which defeated the purpose of my ordering out dinner. I tried to call and get it corrected but waited on hold for 23 minutes. Finally called the ordering line and they transferred me to the woman who was working at the location. The way she talked to my dad and I was absolutely disrespectful in every way. She placed blame on my dad, who again was only picking up the order. Then she placed blame on being short staffed, and being too busy, hung up on me 3 times. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back to Pizza Hut because of the experience with this woman and her attitude...

I live in Verona, I’m 5.4 miles away from this location. Every once in a while I’ll get an assistant manager that wants to flex their muscles and tell us we’re outside their delivery. I’ll remind them they’ve been delivering here for 8 years atleast once a month, we spend $40+ (Up to $100 for parties)(we love their food) Here plus give the driver anywhere from $5-$10 tip for delivery.

Today I gave the assistant manager the option of losing my business or delivering our order.

They chose the later, so here I am. Piss poor customer service. I get it, there’s rules, we’re not trying to break or bend them. But The snappy in Walton (who is further away) delivers to us no problem. That’s where I’ll be taking my business.

I walked in and ordered a couple of pizzas from here tonight. I got a stuffed crust and an original pan pizza. They were ready by the quoted time. Both pizzas were cooked to order and pretty good. I thought they were decently priced. The chic working the register was a different story. I watched her get the pizzas out for the guy in front of me and tilt both of them completely sideways as she jerked them out of the warming rack. I was hoping she didn't do the same with mine, but she did. Then she slammed them up on the counter and mumbled something to me as she walked away. I'm not sure, but she may have been a little hangry. It's not a good look for your front line. It's not enough to keep me from getting pizza from there again, either.
