UPDATE 19JAN2021
SO as an update to the previous review I will say that Chucks' reached out to me. I will say I jumped the gun by putting them on blast and not reaching out to them directly first. I was out of town on a shoot and discovered the gun didn't work on the first round of a shoot. That being said I will commend them for taking back the shotgun. They offered me the option for a full refund but I just used it as a credit towards a 686 SP1 in 28 gauge and paid the difference. I honestly am completely amazed by this I know many FFLs who will not offer a complete refund. That being said I apologize once again for not attempting to resolve this at a more manageable level first. Thanks again for helping me get to get the situation rectified. I hope to continue doing business in the future

I’ve purchased several guns here without any issue. Unfortunately yesterday was my first negative experience. I’ve heard the staff say they check to make sure the trade guns work. My experience would suggest otherwise. Unfortunately now I have a $1500 paperweight. Hopefully this will improve in the future, now I’m hoping Browning will fix...
Read moreI ordered a KRISS vector class 3 short barrel and silencer from here because my local gun shop "STODDARDS" in Douglasville Ga, refused to even take my cash and order my weapon. STODDARDS said " i'm not gonna take your cash to order a gun you'll never get". STODDARDS was listed as a KRISS authorized dealer and are nothing more than a bunch of asses.
Chucks is 141 miles one way from my house but they took my money and ordered the gun. It took 1 year and 3 months to get the gun due to GOVT slowdowns and such but I got it. We had some issues with the silencer not attaching correctly BUT Chucks owner and employees worked quickly to resolve the issues and to make up for it hooked me up with a tactical rush 24 backpack ( $135.00) of which I only had to pay half ($67.00) plus $15 shipping. These guys are nice and go out of their way to make it right for you if there is any problems. The owner actually sent me a 50 round box of 45 ammo for my gun also. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone local or not. DO NOT USE STODDARDS in...
Read moreGuys (and Ladies now) here are pretty good. A bit more expensive than normal for firearms but it is partly a pawnshop and their brand new fire arms stock are at are very good to high quality. They also have cheaper but very reliable brands such as Rock Island Armory. If you want something specific they can help you find what you need if they don't currently have it. You just have to ask, this is a business and they would like to move their stock first. Also this is the South, they expect you to act like a man and tell them what you want. Caveat is that if you are unsure they will also advise you. But do not go into the store and tell them you don't need any help and then say the service is bad when you get to a computer. Customer Service is pretty good, so far I have never been able to enter the building without being hailed or greeted even if they were busy across the store. Very knowledgeable staff. If you need advice on a product they...
