I only did a star so I could write. Carmen is the owner. She has West End Frames next door. This woman has lied about me countless times. She also knows I faced petty theft from people that have stopped into IBS. The few times I did step inside, she would imediately fire her bartender. It did not matter who they were, white, black, male or female. I stopped entering this bar because of the countless...
