Ordered 2 flat bread foot long veggie subs as I ordered I noticed the veggies were not fresh. I had to let the manager who was supervising the new employees the cucumber container only Had four cucumbers in it and it needed to be changed. As I proceeded to check out I had a two dollars off coupon on the app so the manager began to ring me up each sub was $7.99 since I bought two the total should’ve been $18 and some change.
The manager runs up a total of $23.41 after a two dollar discount. I then proceeded to tell the manager that eight dollars +8 dollars does not equal $23.41 she realized she made the mistake and charged me for an extra foot long. She corrected the mistake and charged me accordingly. I left the store I got into my car I was a bit hungry so I started eating half of my one of my foot-long’s and the veggie patty was room temperature.
The manager did put it in their microwave two times to heat it up now I’m not sure if their microwave wasn’t working right but I know the toaster was not working at all because they had a sign on it. When I got home to finish the second half of my foot long it was also room temperature I had to heat that Veggie Patty up in my own microwave.
I Called the store and told the manager they should check their Microwave Because the veggie patties were at room temperature she said OK Thanks and apologized then we hung up she did not offer to give some sort of discount for the next time I were to come back. When I arrived there where only four customers in front of me and three had already had their subs started, after the lady in front of me had her sub started a lady (I’m assuming the manager) walked over and told the employee to do the call in and online orders and she walked over to finish the other subs. I waited for a LONG time before someone started on my order. Then once it was moved down I started waiting again. I then they began working on another online order while I’m still waiting and at least four customers behind me. I spoke up and explained I had to get back to work and my order was then finished.
