We cannot stay away from this place. The dining room atmosphere is not upscale; there is only counter service; and the menu is one side of one page, but you don't care because the food is so good. They also do a lot of take out business and you get served in to go boxes whether you eat in or take your food to go. The market portion of the establishment is small, but well stocked with a lot of variety, including: frozen, seasoning, dry goods, snacks, drinks, bath & body, plus, take home goodies from the kitchen. This is a hole in the wall type restaurant! Small family owned business that serves authentic Filipino food and a grocery store. They can be really busy around lunch time due to customers coming from the base and east part of town. You can order Ala Carte or you can get food from the counter cafeteria style, quick and easy. If you’re on a short lunch, place your order ahead of time. Seating is limited as they fall under a category same as deli. This place is a hidden gem. If you don’t know what to order, ask questions as Filipino food may not be for your taste buds, which I find that to be rare and uncommon. Usually people always love Filipino food! I have been a daily customer here since i really love filipino food due to the fact that it reminds me of home but recently on my two orders ive been having stomach problems and nausea after eating the food. The last time i ordered the tapsilog which is my favorite breakfast i was really nauseous all day at work and ive been having diarrhea i thought it was just a coincidence maybe it wasn’t the food but i got food poisoned that night and ever since then ive been so careful however today i ordered the same thing and right after eating i started getting the same nauseous feeling and diarrhea. I must say that im really disappointed because ive never had this issue with the restaurant before and i know that my stomach is really sensitive so if the meal prep wasn’t done right i’d instantly feel it.
