Awesome service! C.J? Well what can I say? She's incredible! And to be clear, upon reading everyone else's disgruntled grievances left in the comments section all I can say is" what?" I've been frequenting this location for at least 6months, regularly. I've never, ever had or experienced anything like what everyone else has. Sigh, energy I guess. Positive energy reflects positive and the antithesis accordingly. I'll just continue exuding positive high vibrations( peace) and staff who assisted me yesterday( Monday 03/04/2024 @ about 3:30-4:30) will continue to gravitate towards me. Great products, affordable prices, stellar service! All the employees there yesterday had pleasant demeanors, and believe me it was quite" busy." More than likely it was their mid-noon rush. And they"handled" it gracefully! Like a well oiled/ fine tuned machine! They were on it! I'm laughing to myself because upon receiving my order( two 32oz Vegan with pineapple+) within about 7 minutes or so; I asked my server her name not once, not twice, not three times...I asked C.J about one thousand, eight hundred and seventy-five times" what's your name? huh? excuse me? I'm sorry what'd you say?" lol, I'm kiddin, it wasn't that many, but it was a lot. Enough for her to get frustrated...but,amazingly enough- she didn't! I asked and she answered, I asked her again and she answered, I asked her again and she answered( all while multi tasking, incredible! Sigh,now that's a breath of fresh air! Costumer service at its finest!) I'm sorry, I know this is a rather lengthy review but I just had to make it perfectly clear, you all aren't as bad as these reviews are making you out to be. Read moreThis was the worst customer service I ever experienced. The drive thru had 3 cars, so I went inside to purchase my smoothie. Although I was not greeted, I understood they were busy at the time. After waiting for my order to be taken after 5 minutes and not being acknowledged, I asked if someone would be able to take my order, especially since I was the only customer inside. One of the female employees with dreads cussed me out, calling me out of my name (a female dog) because I asked if someone was able to take my order. She figured I should have understood they were busy because there were two of them at the time (and one person in the back) and she said I should be more patient. As any paying customer, I was astonished by the lack of customer service and the sudden disrespect I was receiving while with my child. She was clearly overwhelmed by the workload or just having a bad day. As I was telling her that I have been patient, waiting silently, she then threatened to fight me and could not compse herself. It should not be a customer's fault if the establishment is understaffed. There was no manager on site. There were only three young ladies working. The other employees ignored the ignorant behavior of their colleague, and they refused to provide the contact information to the corporate office so the matter could be reported. Read moreI have been to this location several times and service has always been great. Went to this location last night, 2/2/2023 around 6:20 pm. Had two vehicles in front of me at the drive thru and no one took my order at the speaker. I waited several minutes and finally drove up. Then waiting again several minutes for someone out of 3 people to finally come to the window. No excuse of having to wait. You had 1...2...3...employees inside at the front doing nothing. When someone finally did come to the window they refused to help me and told me that I had to go around again and get my order taken at the drive thru. I tried to explain that i was behind the two vehicles in front of me and she laughed and said i had to go back around. She was a young black girl and was rude. Very rude. I went inside and requested the number to the owner and her name. She refused to write her name. I called while I was there and left the owner a message. You have rude employees and I don't to come to your location. My child was actually sick with covid and i was trying to do your staff a favor by not coming in.
