It's a Bangladeshi grocery store. Has lots of Bangladeshi snacks, food, and spices. They sell fish, shrimp, and small selection of halal meat that is Bangla style so big chunks they can make smaller for you with some bone and fat which is good for curries just not what Americans tend to get and no ground beef. They have a freezer section with halal frozen semosas, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, parata, and frozen veggies.
