Subway — Restaurant in Warren

I highly advise everyone not to place an online order or mobile app order to this restaurant or you will end up very frustrated just like me. I placed an order through the mobile app. When I came to the store to pick up my order, the employee said there was no record of my order anywhere and that basically I was out of luck until I call Subway customer service the following morning. She said there was nothing that she could do. I called the Subway store this morning and tried to connect to the store to see if I could talk to the store owner, but their IVR/phone system disconnects you after you press the button (#2) to connect to the store. There is an obvious HUGE gap in the process here and the whole gap seems seems very shady overall. I called my bank to get the charge reversed. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SUBWAY RESTAURANT or I guarantee you will be frustrated like me when your mobile order disappears into thin air and the restaurant has no way of cancelling your order or giving...

I’ll start by saying it’s so stupid that you can only use the coupon on online/app orders when the point of this place is that you watch them make your sandwich. So I order on the app and then head to the store where she says “your order was cancelled. We are out of STEAK AND CHICKEN TERIYAKI! I tried calling.” 1. How are you out of BOTH things I ordered? 2. She absolutely did not try calling. 3. Now I have to wait to get the money refunded on my card. 4. No apology whatsoever. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Terrible Customer Service…I came here three years ago and recently went a few days ago and this is the exact reason why i will never go there again. This red haired guy had a complete attitude first thing we walked in, kept rolling his eyes, you could just tell he didn’t want to work at all, complete weirdo i’d also say.
