I got ripped off. Went in to get a phone. Didn't have that much to work with. Agree to get a phone that I needed to use to Uber with. Was given a used phone. As I was told that he didn't have many options for new customers. Which is weird, I leave with the phone, he said that it would be activated in 15 minutes. Waited to try to use it and the phone was activation locked from another carrier.
When I went back to explain. He gave me an iPhone 7 which I told him; I cannot Uber with it. He insisted that I cannot use that for Uber, of course he tells me that I could and he has no other phones to give. I have never felt so helpless as a customer. I didn't believe him. I tried to get a refund. Which he tells me that I'm only gonna get 30 dollars out of the 1000 that I paid as the activation and monthly fee is non refundable.
So now I'm stuck with a phone that I cannot use and I don't...
