I am giving the Kabob house 3 stars. I wanted to give it 2 stars but the food is soooo good! My latest experience there has left me very unsatisfied. Mainly because of my waitress. The waitress Darlene forgot Evey single thing I would ask for. I had asked for a to go cup for my 1 year old son to drink out of, but didn't receive it until I had asked for it again at the end of my meal and on top of that she opened up his disposable straw, put it in the cup and then proceeded to feed it to my son. I didn't know where her hands had been or what they had been touching, my son has quite a few allergies so when she did that all I could think of was "ew, please stop." I had to ask for puffy bread twice as well as the garlic sauce, which only came at the end of my meal. When it came time to grab the bill, Darlene sat across the room and counted her tips for quite sometime as I sat there just waiting and waiting for my bill. I started to get quite annoyed and I think she could tell so she hurried with my bill. But on top of this all, the man siting in the booth in front of me had come in, sat down, and waited, and waited, and waited. Darlene never helped him until a co-worker of hers noticed the man still sitting there. The co-worker came over, apologized profusely, grabbed his drink, puffy bread, and garlic sauce within a split second. Then came Darlene apologizing telling him the drink would be on the house, but then man at this point I think was just irritated. When I left Darlene told him the meal was on the house, as it should be, but I did notice her co-worker very frustrated with her. Overall this very annoying experience has only happened once, and I love the food here, but I hope your experience will be...

REALLY??? - lets just say- we will not be ordering back with Kabobs- we will drive to Ishtar and get better service and better food thats on 15/ ryan..we order lunch normally around 1130 and we expect it to be chaotic and super busy but they still provide a service to the public and thats unacceptable. I understand they are good and they are busy but consumers, like us, makes them that way- one can effect 100 customers..Goodluck for whoever else eats there during...
Read moreGood food, but don't expect to be respected there. Last Sunday I ordered food by my phone and the person that attended me was really rude on the phone. I asked what would be one kind of soup that she offered me and she simply repeated several times in a very rude manner the name of the soup. When I went to pick up my food the same person asked my name to identify the order and I said: "Claudio". She wrongly understood that I said "I called you" and replied back in a rude manner again "Many people called me today, how can I know who you are?". I repeated my name and she identified my order. She called her sister and clearly started say bad things about me in her own language (not English) while her sister was laughing. If it was not enough she got my order wrongly and I waited around 30 minutes to have my plate corrected. When the plate finally arrived I asked the name and contact of the manager and, ironically smiling, her sister said " I'm the manager" and gave me her phone number. I've been going to that restaurant for several years and brought many family members and friends there because it was my preferred restaurant in the region. I live in Troy but I went there several times to pick up food. As I work in the GM tech center I went there several times during the last 6 years. For sure that was the last time I went there and I'm not going back. As I said, the food is amazing, but do not expect to...
