Round 1 Gaming Lab is top notch!! Markita was super easy, polite and pleasant to deal with!! She booked our event with no issues, provided a prompt invoice and receipt of payment. On he day of the event, she texted advising that the "Gaming lab" was on the way!

Upon arrival, I met with Ty, one of the owners. He arrived on time (20 mins prior to the event start time") gave me the run down and made sure his gaming trailer was clean and disinfected. Upon the the kids entry to the he gaming trailer, he had them disinfect their hands (much appreciated) , clearly explained the rules to the kids and made it fun for them. The kids had a great time, I, along with some of the other parents checked in for pictures and updates, which was always welcomed by Ty. My son and his friends had a wonderful time on the Round 1 Gaming Lab truck. In his own words, "It was the best!" He also like the fact that the games were able to be switched whenever he wanted. I like the fact that the operators were interacting and playing along with the children and able to direct them when necessary.
