Detroit Muscle Technologies — Local services in Warren

I gave them one star because thats the lowest I could give. Some of you out there may have had good luck with this company and this individual but I did not. I have the email to prove it that basically he said I was the type of individual that would say it was stolen if I gave instructions where to leave it on my porch and he said people that live in apartments are basically just a bunch of thieves! On top of that to cancel my order because I put Delivery instructions in the wrong area was crazy .. Its not like I did'nt pay,I did pay in full. All I wanted was the parts I ordered plain and simple. If I made a mistake send me a email letting me know, don't cancel my order! I may post the Orignal email so others may see I am telling the truth. I have to say I am not happy with the level of service I got and will not ever buy from...

A year ago I tried ordering some light lenses. I payed and couple days later they cancelled my orders just cause the delivery was to an apartment. I called and tried to reach an agreement by trying to compromise so hard on my end and the were super inflexible.

This time I tried again to make a purchase following THEIR instructions by setting the shipping address to a friend's home. AGAIN they cancelled all my orders even though it WAS THEIR solution.

Are they even a legitimate business? What kind of business doesn't wanna sell?
