why is this supermarket still open? I have never experienced so much rudeness price gouging in my life, I recently visited the Deli, the customer before me was ordering more than a few items, when the salesperson got to me she wss rude telling me they were closed! I said excuse me, you just helped that gentleman! so I went to get the manager and when we got back there she had the meat cut, I got it home and it was not right! despite that I visited again today the bag slipped out my sons hand breaking a bottle of hot sauce and 3 kinder eggs I end up buying three eggs all over again, and left with no hot sauce. I called my husband and explained to him what had just happened, he refused to accept it and came up there promptly! went right in the store explained the situation and got my money back for the kinder eggs and a new bottle of hot sauce! but when he asked why she wasn't given another one the stated and I quote! because we had a problem with her before, remember at the Deli, my husband says what does that have to do with today? The manager Dianna dont value her customers but love our money, if I choose to spend my money with you I should be shown some respect and customer service which is not shown, and not to mention the quality of the meats, rotten! I refuse to visit this...

Fresh produce section is small and understocked, bananas are usually overripe and cost ¢59 a pound which is ten cents more than anywhere else. The only competent and friendly girl in the deli appears to have left. Which is not surprising since they seem to go through 15 employee's a month between cashier's and deli workers (bad sign). Im around the corner so it is convenient and I've come here for years but mismanagement and or the demographic shift of the neighborhood seem to be contributing to the downfall of this business establishment. (Edit) gave it another chance. The produce is very low quality. Avocados nearly rotten or green and rock hard. Green peppers the size of small limes. And no limes or cilantro ( was making pico de Gallo) and I've never had a tough Ribeye until I bought some from shoppers. No marbling and literally tougher than a Chuck steak. Furthermore all the steaks are thin cut. Who wants a thin cut steak? Better off...
