We are new the area, and stopped at this ski shop looking to purchase ski boots. Immediately, the white haired lady at the front greeted us with a horrendous attitude. We were unaware that we had to make an appointment for a fitting. Instead of politely informing us of this, she snickered and tried to make us feel stupid for not knowing this. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day, or if the person in charge of hiring her made a bad call. Either way, the manner in which we were treated was unprofessional and rude. We will not be returning to this shop. It’s a shame because we had full intentions of purchasing ski’s and ski boots. But it’s okay— our business will be appreciated elsewhere in the valley. For the past 20 years I have pushed through the pain of ill fitting boots and dull edges: no longer must the suffering go on! Stacey, the woman at the front, immediately offered to help and brought my ski to the back. Her team of technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me reset my bindings for free.
