Advance Auto Parts — Local services in Warrior

As a customer of Advanced Auto Parts, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to their store. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the staff was unprofessional and not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line.

When I entered the store, I noticed that there were plenty of employees available to assist customers, but none of them acknowledged my presence or let me know that they would be with me as soon as possible. Instead, they were chatting with each other and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers.

As I patiently waited in line, I noticed that the manager and two other store associates were letting customers cut in front of me at the cash register. This was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to me as a customer who had been waiting my turn. It was clear that the staff had no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time.

Overall, my experience at Advanced Auto Parts was very negative. The staff was unprofessional, not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line, and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with good customer service, and I did not receive this during my visit to this store. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

My boyfriend shop's at O'reillys Most of the time. I like advanced auto parts. I've shopped there since I bought my Chevy Tahoe 5 years ago . It's got a lot of after market things on it . And it has the 20" fancy crome rims too . So I went into advanced to see what they had to make my Tahoe even fancier? And I was pleasantly surprised at the selection!! Got some pretty blue crome valve stem covers,and awesome stearing wheel cover ,and some custom floor mats, and a bunch more things. And we bought a fuel pump for it over 2 years ago . And it broke down again a couple of months ago, and the symptoms we very similar to the time before? So we carried it to the shop . and found out that it wasn't the fuel pump to begin with . So we found the recept from the fuel pump we had bought and it had the lifetime warranty. So we carried it back and got our money back with no problems at all !! I love advanced auto parts and when I first bought the Tahoe everything I bought was all reasonably priced. I will continue to shop with y'al😀 that's for sure!! I am a commercial customer I brought them a brake rotor so that i would get the correct one the counter person pulled a part off the shelf then argued saying it was the correct part I get to customers location and it was incorrect I called and the counter person argued with me again then said he would send another to my location he then clocked out and went home never telling anyone in the store of the situation I lost $300 worth of time waiting and dealing with this situation finally had to bring the part back myself I spend on average of $2000 a month at advance auto parts but will no longer...
