The Holy Grail of Caffeine and Community
If you’re driving north on I-65 and skip this place, you might as well turn in your coffee-drinking license. This isn’t just a pit stop ... it’s a pilgrimage.
The vibe? Somewhere between a cozy hometown café and an indie movie scene where someone discovers the meaning of life over an espresso. Plenty of comfy seating to the right, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and the smell of freshly roasted beans strong enough to resurrect the dead.
Speaking of roasting, they’ve got an actual roaster in the back. Like, for real. Nick runs it, and his sister Amanda handles the front like a caffeine-fueled champ. These two have turned small-batch coffee into a local legend.
I judge all coffee shops by their straight black coffee (no sugar, no cream, no mercy) and this stuff was good enough to make me immediately order another. If you prefer something fancy, they’ve got plenty of bougie options too, plus teas that’ll juice you up so much you might start hearing colors and seeing sound waves.
Drive-thru? Check. Friendly service? Double-check. And don’t get me started on the pastries. Many of them are handmade by Amanda, and they’re the perfect combo of sweet and “I’ll work it off later.”
They’re not just brewing coffee; they’re brewing community. You can even grab a bag of beans to go or order online. So next time you’re anywhere near Warrior, Alabama, stop in. Your soul will thank you, and your taste buds might write a...
Read morebest caffee latte around! They have a wide range of hot coffee( mocha, caffee latte, cappuccino, many specialty latte's as well). My kids enjoyed the smore's latte. They toast a marshmallow over fire for you and put it in the drink, pretty neat to watch.
I was running late for work and couldnt make breakfast so i bought acia smoothie bowl. Very healthy breakfast, great way to start the day. They have a variety of smoothie bowls and muffins.
Beans are fresh ground daily. Great quality to the beans and drinks. Caffee Latte is excellent.
This is a great store for the community. These are local people running the shop, they love their community. They are open m-f 6a-5p(i think) and saturdays 9a-2p. Hard working group of locals here. A portion of proceeds from every bag of Honduras coffee that is sold goes to the elementary school right down the road to support nutritional lunch options for warriors lower income and undeserved children(in our area, there are many). Sure, the coffee is great, but even better, they care about their community and they are giving back. You couldnt ask for more from these people.
Go get a caffee latte, you...
Read moreI had previously given this place a 5 star review and was so excited to have a local coffee company in my hometown to support. I went there often and for the most part had a great experience and great food/drink. However, this time I went back and not only was the coffee not good, but I paid for an acai bowl that, when i received it, did not have all the ingredients listed on the menu... I went back to the window to ask about it and was told 1 of the ingredients they don't use anymore and were out of the other. They should have either updated/changed the menu or at least told me that when I went to order and BEFORE I paid for said item to see if I still wanted it. You don't leave a menu item as is, let someone pay for something, and deliver something totally different. If I had known that when ordering I wouldn't have gotten it. Also, I should have been offered a refund or to switch it for something else when I returned to ask about it. That would be called...
