The two employees in the garden shop were so helpful with my selections. Also they loaded everything into my car. Then when I went inside I bought numerous items. When I got home I received a call from Christy who told me I had forgotten an item at the store. She took the time to look up my Ace Instant Savings Card for my telephone number to contact me. I placed an on line order for a very high demand item and unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the volume of orders placed overnight without time for the orders to fully process and update quantity. We went in just on the off chance we could find the item and the girl we spoke with was extremely apologetic about what had happened even though it was absolutely not anyone’s fault and I fully anticipated it happening. Later that morning Harley called me and was extremely helpful in ensuring I got my item. In fact, we spoke several times throughout the week as we tried to work together to secure the on line purchase of said item. When I tried to explain to them that they have worked on my equipment for as long as I have owned it, it made no difference.
