I want to thank the employees of your Warrior store. I have always been treated special and helped right away. On 3/30/20 I did a lot of shopping to get my veggie garden started. The two employees in the garden shop were so helpful with my selections. Also they loaded everything into my car. Then when I went inside I bought numerous items. When I got home I received a call from Christy who told me I had forgotten an item at the store. She took the time to look up my Ace Instant Savings Card for my telephone number to contact me. Everyone at this location is incredibly kind and helpful. I placed an on line order for a very high demand item and unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the volume of orders placed overnight without time for the orders to fully process and update quantity. We went in just on the off chance we could find the item and the girl we spoke with was extremely apologetic about what had happened even though it was absolutely not anyone’s fault and I fully anticipated it happening. Later that morning Harley called me and was extremely helpful in ensuring I got my item. In fact, we spoke several times throughout the week as we tried to work together to secure the on line purchase of said item. After years of loyal patronage (been a loyal customer since they opened), I would bring my chainsaw in for servicing a couple times a year (tune up and sharpening the chain), today I took my (Poulan) chainsaw in and was told in no uncertain terms that they only service Stihl equipment. When I tried to explain to them that they have worked on my equipment for as long as I have owned it, it made no difference. Looks like I'll be finding a different shop to get my equipment worked on, most likely will be finding a new place to buy my hardware...
