Staff acts like a bunch of teenagers (which they are). If you need a manager go outside they will be out there smoking cigarettes. I've also heard one of them cussing out one of the teenagers and when I asked a worker I was told that is not the first she has done that and there's been many young people quit that job because of the managers. Both are consistently smoking on clock and not helping with what's happening inside the store. The Russell's was always good people unfortunately they have some horrible people working for them as managers. I hate they have allowed this to go on so long but it's time to let them know what is ALL happening in their store. This much is just what I chose to say but there is so much more that needs fixed. ASAP when the teens actually are scared to go to work because Mckenzie is the manager that day there is something WRONG! I've been told by other women that they have heard the way she and the other manger treats them and it's ridiculous. Again if they wasn't smoking all day and in there training these teens how to do things instead of telling them as they mess up, cussing them out and getting them to sign a paper stating they were taught how to do that (before they ever show them). It's best to stop shopping at the warrior location and save your money. I am pushing for the 2 managers to be replaced by...

Specifically a review of their Bakery. I am a cake eating kind of guy. I recently decided I would have a cake made to suit as opposed to picking one that was in the refrigerated case.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member in the Bakery department. They took my order and were surprised to find out that I wanted it simply for me and not for a special occasion. This prompted them to ask what I wanted written on it. I left that up to them. You can see they had fun in the attached picture.

I was buying a slice each morning from a BigBox store at $2.18 with tax. I can get 8 slices out of the 1/4 sheet cake for around $1.62 a slice! Not only am I saving money the cake is of a much better quality. I think this will become a new tradition for me.

I encourage you to try their bakery items. Super friendly staff, very clean kitchen and a great sense of humor!

Update 28SEP19 - I went back and had another wonderful experience with the staff in the bakery. Rocky and Marcie. This time Marcie made the cake and I asked her to decorate it with a cross. It was and still is delicious! Way to go and thank you both...

This is a convenient place to pick up any groceries or household products you need. The key seller of this Piggly Wiggly is its outstanding butchers, which provides pretty much anything you need - including suet, which noone else seems to have heard of, let alone stock. It can't match Walmart pricing (who can?) and sometimes your bill will be a little higher than you'd like, but when it's 20 minutes nearer to your home, beggars can't be choosers. The staff vary in friendliness - some are outstanding, but the odd few let the store down, which is a shame. That being said, I still swing by every few days to pick up some great (these deals more than make up for the rest of the store's prices) deals on meat and occasionally...
