Read moreDisclaimer: I had to rate 1 star in order to have the review published, but would've given NO stars. Horrendous experience at this "place of business." Photos of a lost loved one were brought in for some minor enhancements and copies for funeral service. The copies turned out dark and blurred. This was addressed with the owner, who also does the work, who stated, "I think I did a damn fine job." She also made it seem as if she was being put out to have to try improving the quality of the photos. She then proceeded to ask how the deceased passed away, which is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, and when told how the deceased passed away her response was: "Huh, funny." We copied and printed some photos at CVS. The quality of the photos was much better than this supposed "professional," and it was done at literally half the cost. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this joke of a business. I am not a person who thrives on writing reviews or rating places of business, in fact this is the first time I've felt compelled to do so. I am a big advocate of supporting local-business owners, but this experience was...

When it comes to stuff like this it's definitely better to be honest to a customer so they can improve. She offered some helpful advice and after looking at the negatives and few salvageable shots, I realized I must not have been winding the roll to the correct frame marker for the camera's format. So her insight saved me from smearing through another roll (at least to this degree).
The few exposures that made it look great. Crystal clear scans, vibrant colors, nice dynamic range. If you bring her something that was shot correctly I don't think you'll be...
