Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Warwick

I just relocated to the Warwick, Rhode Island area… Pawn walking in to this establishment Sunday morning, approximately at 8:30 AM I was asked to leave and I will not be served because I asked two simple questions… First question was may I please speak to your supervising manager… Second question is why isn’t anyone picking up the phone if your customers are calling… I was told that it’s Sunday and they just don’t have the time and two of the young ladies behind the counter became very aggressive abusing more than one foul adjective after the other and refusing to prepare my breakfast order while seem to be another supervisor was gladly ready to do it… This is a very hostel work staff, and from what I understand the manager, ALLEN” was not on location… I will keep everyone updated on the progress of this… I have never ever ever seen or heard anything like this in my life… if I had the ability to give them a...

Drive-thru this morning, ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an untoasted croissant, a jelly donut, a honey-dipped donut, a large iced coffee with half-and-half and sugar, and bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. The croissant sandwich and the donuts were for someone with TMJ pain, so the toasted croissant and the extremely dense, unchewable donuts were inedible. The coffee tasted like it had whole milk in it rather than the requested half and half. So, the only thing in the order that was edible and presented as requested was the bagel sandwich. i come here often as it’s a minute from my house and almost every time they are extremely rude. there’s 2 workers in here who are not rude everyone else acts like it’s a inconvenience to do there job. if you don’t want to do your job then quit it’s that simple. asked my for sandwich cut in half and the employee who is very rude everytime ripped it out of the bag slammed it on the counter, cut it in half and threw it back in the bag. mind you i asked while ordering for it to be cut in half so it should have been done. this is the only location with mac n cheese that’s the only reason i still come here. horrible service as a dunkin worker its actually...
