There was a sign outside this store that said watch batteries $6. You can't beat that price. Once inside I was greeted with a smile by the owner. While I was there I asked how much it would cost to have my diamond rings cleaned. She said it was a free service!! After cleaning them, she inspected them to make sure everything was in good shape. My 30 year old diamond engagement ring had 1 prong broken off and all the others were loose. She showed me through the magnifier. If I had kept wearing it, my diamond would have surely fallen out. My 3 stone rings middle diamond was loose. She showed me with one of her tools. Also, I noticed that the sides were a brassy color. She fixed the stone and then polished the ring. Never use this place! They over charge and are rude! They overcharged for a s/s ring to be sized down from 1 1/2 sizes and a lobster claw clasp that evidently wasn't broken only pushed in and needed to be repaired. If they were good jewelers they would have known that and just fixed the pin and not replaced the whole thing. I almost died when they told me the price. When I went in I was told were the lowest price around. So I went across the street and checked with chiefs. And it was 1/2 of what they charged me for both jobs. I brought my wife's watch there for a missing pin and what took two weeks turned into well over two months.By the end of the first month they quoted me $85 to repair. They said that the repair would take an additional two weeks. Three weeks later I called them and they said that the watch is still not ready and that they have to send it out to get repaired. They had no idea how much it would cost. I asked them to give me the watch back. Well, they gave me the watch back with missing pieces. I brought it to a reputable Jeweler who opened the watch and said that whoever put the watch back together did not include the mechanisms that make it run. I would never use this company ever again.
